How to update the Events details?
- Go to -> Event (Event will be available in the left panel)
- Use F1 to Create new event or click new event
- Lead Name has to be mentioned in lead to whom the Event has to be created
- Planned from date and Planned to date can be mentioned with the Event
- Status of the Event being mentioned and it can be updated (ex. Completed, yet to complete)
- Mention the specific person in owner to whom the event is being mentioned
- Go to CRM -> Event -> Search
- Now the list of all events will be displayed
- This event can be searched by using filters - Lead Name, Status, Owner and Planned date.
