Events

How to update the Events details?

  • Go to -> Event (Event will be available in the left panel)
  • Use F1 to Create new event or click new event
  • Lead Name has to be mentioned in lead to whom the Event has to be created
  • Planned from date and Planned to date can be mentioned with the Event
  • Status of the Event being mentioned and it can be updated (ex. Completed, yet to complete)
  • Mention the specific person in owner to whom the event is being mentioned

Search Events

  • Go to CRM -> Event -> Search
  • Now the list of all events will be displayed
  • This event can be searched by using filters - Lead Name, Status, Owner and Planned date.
